Engineering Lead is required by this pioneering product company operating within the EdTech sector. Reporting directly to the board, you will be required to mentor/lead a small team of software engineers and drive the technology vision and strategy as the product line continues their exciting expansion into new markets.

You must be able to demonstrate where you've delivered robust, user-centric and scalable solutions, and offer experience across -

• Working with internal and external teams
• Infrastructure, architecture/design, implementation of reliable, secure, data privacy focused, scalable solutions
• Lead on the execution of technology roadmaps in alignment with overall product strategies
• Similar work in a scale up would be beneficial
• Ruby on Rails
• React/React Native
• Previous EdTech sector work is beneficial
